As a gesture of appreciation and commitment to our 2LC investors, we have come up with an arrangement. We propose that you receive over 100 times the value of 2LC (fixed price at $0.0005) in exchange for paying 10% in USD for 1 MEAC ($0.12). For the MEAC tokens purchased with 2LC, a vesting period of 180 days will apply. Here's an example for clarity: If you own 20,000,000 2LC, currently valued at $0.000005, this equals $100. In our arrangement, we value 20,000,000 2LC at a fixed price of $0.0005, which totals $10,000. With an additional payment of 1,000 BUSD (10%), the total comes to $11,000. You would then receive 91,667 MEAC tokens (calculated by dividing $11,000 by $0.12 per MEAC). For this arrangement to work, your 2LC tokens must be in your wallet before May 23, 2023. It is important to note that locked tokens can be sold as well. Dear 2local member, Despite our tireless efforts, we have encountered significant challenges due to the unlawful delisting by Bitrue and a shortage of capital needed to initiate a case against them. This, coupled with LATOKEN flagging 2LC for delisting, has forced us to halt development due to a lack of funds. Unfortunately, we have reached a disheartening moment that we never anticipated. As a result, 2local will cease operations in June of this year.
